January/February Poetry Contest

The fourth round of the NEHS Writing Contest will close on Monday, February 28, 2022. Any member from an active chapter, student or Advisor, may submit original poetry based on one of two themes:

  • Sacrifice
  • Never Again

All entries will be uploaded through AwardSpring. Learn more about this year’s submission and eligibility guidelines. The best poems selected during each phase of the contest this year become finalists eligible for monetary awards at the end of the school year.

Please note: NEHS will contact Advisors if applicants submit writing that suggests the need for possible intervention.

Visit the Writing Contest page of NEHS Museletter to read the December/January Poetry Contest winners’ submissions on the themes “Individual vs. Society” or “Prejudice.”
