Chris Tamarri: The New Advisory Council Representative for the Eastern Region

The NEHS Advisory Council is pleased to welcome Christopher Tamarri as the new Eastern Region representative.

Chris will be working alongside the existing Eastern Region representative, Dr. Michael Penna. Chris and Michael are available to answer any questions you might have about running your NEHS Chapter and/or the opportunities available to student members and Chapter Advisors.

Chris holds a BA in English and Cinema Studies from Rutgers College and has been working in education since 2006. He has been teaching British Literature and AP Language and Composition at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School, in Pennsauken, NJ, since 2017. He has recently been named Chair of the English Department at the school. In addition to his NEHS Advisory Council and Chapter Advisor responsibilities, Chris will continue to be faculty advisor for the Bishop Eustace Ethics Team and the school’s Book Club.
